Urinary Idiopathic Cystitis Diet

Thanks to its high moisture content Urinary S/O Feline wet increases urine dilution. Almost 64% of cases of FLUTD* are idiopathic cystitis and the wet diet should be preffered in cases of recurrent cystitis.

Urinary Diet effectively dissolves struvite uroliths

Urinary S/O Feline effectively dissolves struvite uroliths.

Urinary Low RSS

Undersaturated urine is an environment where crystals cannot proliferate and so is unfavourable to the development of struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.

 Urinary Bladder Support

Glycosaminoglycans (GAG) are naturally present on the healthy bladder mucosa but decrease in idiopathic cystitis. This causes increased permeability of the bladder to bacteria, toxins and ions, resulting in bladder inflamation and stimulation of pain sensitive receptors.
