Why can’t I get Loyalty points when I shop online?

We regret that you cannot gain points from online transactions due to the complexities of connecting our Loyalty system to the many online retailers who stock ROYAL CANIN®. At this time, we are unable to retrospectively add points to your account after a transaction with an online retailer. We have lots of Loyalty stockists, and you can check for one local to you using our Stockist Finder.
