I can’t see any points on my account, why is this?

When you are given a card by your chosen stockist, this isn’t yet linked to your ROYAL CANIN® account, if you have one. We need you to add your card to your online account so that we link your details with the card that you’ve been given. Please log into your account at www.royalcanin.co.uk/my-profile, select Loyalty Programme, Your Loyalty Cards and add it here.
