I don’t have a printer to print my Loyalty voucher.
It is part of the terms and conditions of our Loyalty Programme that you need to have access to the internet, a valid email address and use of a printer (for printing the vouchers) to take part in the programme. However, if you do not have a printer of your own, may we suggest a few possible options for you as listed below.
- Does your Loyalty retailer allow points redemption at the till?
- Do you have a friend or family member who can print the vouchers on your behalf?
- If you do have a smart phone that you can receive emails on, you will be able to show this to the retailer for them to enter the voucher’s barcode manually
- Local libraries usually have access to internet and printers that you can use.
