I don’t have a printer to print my Loyalty voucher.

It is part of the terms and conditions of our Loyalty Programme that you need to have access to the internet, a valid email address and use of a printer (for printing the vouchers) to take part in the programme. However, if you do not have a printer of your own, may we suggest a few possible options for you as listed below.

  1. Does your Loyalty retailer allow points redemption at the till?
  2. Do you have a friend or family member who can print the vouchers on your behalf?
  3. If you do have a smart phone that you can receive emails on, you will be able to show this to the retailer for them to enter the voucher’s barcode manually
  4. Local libraries usually have access to internet and printers that you can use.
