A replacement ROYAL CANIN® Loyalty card can only be obtained from a participating Loyalty store. Please visit the Stockist Finder tab on the Loyalty website to find your nearest Loyalty stockist. Points collected on the old card will not be lost, as they are associated with your ROYAL CANIN® profile, not the card itself. Once you have a new card you can add it to your profile and delete the old one.
We cannot send replacement cards directly to you in the post, as they need to be activated in-store. Ask at your local Loyalty stockist and they will gladly help.
