Some email programs do not always display images in emails immediately, and as the barcode is an image it may not be shown. There will usually be a message telling you that images have been blocked, in which case follow the instructions given there to show them. In some cases, if you right click over the red cross icon and select ‘Display images’ then they should appear and you can then print your voucher.
Most vouchers also have a link at the top to view it online, which will open it in a web browser window. You should find that the images load perfectly, and you can print from there instead.
Note that vouchers will not be accepted if the barcode image is not clearly visible.
