Why have all my points been removed?

To keep our Loyalty Programme running smoothly, we periodically have to engage in some housekeeping. As per our terms and conditions, points are removed from your profile when there has been no activity for a period of 2 years. An activity would be described as a transaction in-store using your card or using your points in our Loyalty Store. You will have received several emails to advise you of this prior to your points being removed.

If your points are removed, we are happy to reinstate them – you simply need to contact us using our Loyalty Contact Form.
