Why haven’t I received my 400 bonus points for registering?

The 400 introductory bonus points should be added to your account as soon as you add your card to your profile. Although this is automated, there can sometimes be a slight delay in them being added by the system. If you have checked that your card is registered to your account and you haven’t received your points within 24 hours, please contact us through our Loyalty Contact Form and ensure you include your card number.
