As you may be aware, some of our systems at ROYAL CANIN have been subjected to a cyberattack that affected a number of companies, governments and organisations around the world. Since June 27th, our teams have been working diligently to restore our services in order to limit the impact. Unfortunately, although the systems are able to generate and send vouchers, we have limited access to those systems, which means we can not check where in the process the vouchers are.
