Does the date of birth need to be exact?

If we know how old your pet is, we can make sure our communication to you is relevant to the pet’s age. Of course, we understand that you may not know the exact date of birth, especially if it is a rescued pet, so please just pick a date that is roughly correct.

Why are we interested in whether your pet is neutered or insured?

This is purely for our own records, so that we can build up a good picture of pet ownership in the UK and Ireland. We do not pass these details on to third parties.
